The power supply in the chassis is working. We used a separate power supply to plug in all of the modulators, and with most of them, a red light turned on and then off. On one modulator, a red light turned on and proceeded to flash(see video.) These items belonged to a client of ours. We were unable to fully test them due to lack of technical expertise.
