What areas do you service?

Illinois, Wisconsin, and parts of Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, & Missouri. 

What about states/areas outside of your service area?

You can ship equipment to us, by box for small amounts and by truck for large loads. Contact us to discuss the details about these options. 

Can we drop off our equipment at your facility?

Yes, please contact us to set up a time to drop off at our Alden, IL warehouse. 

Will you pick up from multiple buildings and/or locations?

Yes, we can pick up from multiple buildings or locations, even multiple cities in our service area.  

What is the turnaround time for scheduling a pickup?

It varies. During our non-busy times, we may have days available the same week you reach out. During busier times, we can be booked 2 to 4 weeks out. Typically, our busiest time of year is May through September, where we are usually booked 4 to 6 weeks out. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible, especially during busy times, to get a day and time that works for you. If your pickup is time-sensitive, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, even during our busiest times.

What is the cost of a pickup?

There is no charge for a pickup. We currently only charge for items that are a cost to us (TVs and CRT tube monitors) and for physical destruction of hard drives and other data containing items.  Ask us how to get the fees for TVs and CRTs waived.

Do you provide Data Destruction?

Yes, we offer Free Data Destruction for hard drives. Hard drives are wiped to NIST guidelines for data destruction using industry standard software and procedures. All drives that are unable to undergo data destruction are destroyed.

Do you provide certificates of recycling and data destruction?

Yes, we can provide Certificates of Recycling and Data Destruction upon request.

Do you provide physical destruction of hard drives?

If you require that all your hard drives be physically destroyed, we offer this service upon request for a fee per hard drive.    

Do you purchase large lots of equipment?

Our company also purchases large lots of newer iSeries PCs and Laptops, and more. If you have equipment you are interested in selling to us, please contact us.

Is your company or school closing down?

We have experience in purchasing all kinds of equipment from fork trucks and other machinery, warehouse racking and shelving, IT equipment and office electronics, to industrial kitchen equipment, lockers and more. Contact us to discuss our liquidation service.

Do you offer a clean-out service for equipment we aren’t taking with us in a move? 

Is your business or school moving and you need computer equipment and electronics that you won't be taking with you cleared out? Or do you have a storage room, several rooms, or a building full of computer equipment and electronics you need cleared out but don't have time to do it? We can send a crew who can handle the cleanout for you, along with a box truck, pallets, pallet boxes, pallet wrap, etc. Contact us to discuss our clean-out service.

Can you take other items besides computer and electronics equipment?

We also take many types of other equipment/machinery, such as science/laboratory equipment, medical equipment, auto shop equipment, engineering equipment, etc., shelving, file cabinets, mini fridges, small kitchen appliances and electronics, industrial kitchen equipment, lockers, cords, cables, wiring, etc. We just ask that items don't currently contain any hazardous chemicals or hazardous or human waste.
