Fujitsu Fi-6670 ADF Duplex Document Scanner w/ In/Out Trays

We connected this to our computer by USB cable and scanned a document(see result in pics.) However, one of the tabs on the output tray is broken(see pics), so it cannot currently be attached to the scanner. We have the piece that is broken off, so perhaps it can be re-attached with super glue. We received this item from a client of ours in this condition, and cannot fully test it.
