We connected this to our computer by USB cable and did multiple test scans, and there was a line on the left side of the scan each time(see pics.) We cleaned the inside of the scanner multiple times, but the line remained. This item belonged to a client of ours. It is possible that the issue can be resolved, but we cannot guarantee that, nor can we fully test this item.
