We're listing this in ebay's "For Parts or Not Working" Category because it isn't fully tested. I was able to power on the unit both when plugged in and not plugged in, although it was continually beeping(see pics and video.) This item belonged to a client of ours. We were unable to fully test it due to lack of technical expertise.
