We're listing these in ebay's "For Parts or Not Working" Category they aren't fully tested. We plugged a cable into every other Ethernet port on each switch, and a green light illuminated every time(see pics for examples.) We factory reset both switches. These items belonged to a client of ours. We were unable to fully test them due to lack of technical expertise.
