These switcher/scalers power on just fine and the front buttons light up when pressed but a couple buttons' lights are dim, one power switch LED light flickers and we could not test the other functions to know if they are working as they should or if there are issues so we are selling them both AS IS, for parts/repair - no guarantees, no returns
