We're listing this in ebay's "For Parts or Not Working" category because it isn't fully tested. It does power on, the screen lights up, and we were able to write on it(see video.) We received this item from a client of ours. We were unable to fully test it due to lack of the necessary testing environment.

Our company sells a lot of equipment that is 5 years old or more - this equipment is very useful for some people but not useful at all for others due to lack of support/updates from the manufacturer.  Some consider the equipment to be obsolete while others find it essential according to their needs.
